Mental Health Questions
1. Sit and talk with the client.
2. Ask the client if he would like an antianxiety medication.
3. Ask an unlicensed assistive personnel (UAP) to sit with the client.
4. Tell the client that it is time for sleep and that they will talk tomorrow.
