Therapeutic Actions
Indications
Treatment of moderate to severe dyspareunia (painful intercourse, a symptom of vulvar and vaginal strophy associated with menopause)
Contraindications and Cautions
Contraindicated with undiagnosed genital bleeding; known or suspected estrogen-dependent neoplasm; active or history of DVT, PE; active arterial thrombotic disease; pregnancy.
Use cautiously with venous thromboembolism, known or suspected breast cancer, severe hepatic impairment, lactation.

Dosages
Adults
60 mg/day PO with food.
Patients with severe hepatic impairment
Not recommended.
