Mixing insulin

When mixing insulin, always draw up clear insulin first, then cloudy.

To mix insulin, follow these steps:

  Wipe the rubber top of the insulin vials with alcohol.
  
  
• 
  
  Gently roll the cloudy insulin between your palms.
