Communication, Collaboration, & YOU
Certainly communication isn’t the only factor in collaboration. Without effective communication, however, there can be no effective collaboration. Determine your current communication skill level and identify areas of strengths and weaknesses. Leverage your strengths and improve your areas of weaknesses. For instance, if you find it hard to speak up in difficult situations, practice with increasing levels of hard situations so you can gradually increase your expertise.
